FINALLY!

We were so happy last night to find out that the sale of our home in California is now complete. We got the money in the bank and we no longer have to worry about all the bills and mortgages related to the other property. HOORAY! With Devoted Husband's new job and the sale of the house, we are all set money-wise for the first time and it's such a good feeling. Especially since we managed to more than double the price of our house from when we bought it only four years ago. We plan on paying off our student loans, gettin' ourselves some MP3 players and put the rest into CDs and let them sit until we are ready to buy our own place next year. It's such a major relief! All things considered, the whole process went fairly smooth and I hope that the couple that bought our place enjoy it. If not, too bad suckers! It's your problem now! A CANADIAN FACT!
